personal data by a controller that are deemed necessary to provide the product and/ or service and are reasonably to be expected by the data subject.

As a Data Controller, we have entered into processing agreements with various firms/ individuals who provide data processing services to Pinnacle.

As a Data Processor, we continue to maintain records of personal data and processing activities.

We have engaged the services of a Consultant to project manage our obligations under the GDPR.

Staff at Pinnacle Loss Adjusters have received additional training in respect of data privacy following the implementation of the GDPR.
We have established a “need only” policy in respect of our retention of personal data. We have taken all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that all personal data is treated and held securely.
